How fast is delivery?
After you pay from your wallet, our team delivers the account or key to your order page during working hours, 9:00–24:00 Vietnam time (2:00–17:00 UTC). Most orders are delivered quickly.
Is the stock live?
Yes. The products, prices and stock on the website follow our live stock board and update automatically.
How do I top up a game?
Game top-ups are done on our Discord: open the Game Top-up page and press Join LUV Discord.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (USD, plus a 1% PayPal fee), Binance Pay, USDT on TRC20 or BEP20, and Vietnam bank transfer or SePay in VND. You top up your wallet, then pay for orders with your balance.
Why does PayPal cost 1% more?
PayPal charges us a fee. You pay the USDT amount × 1.01 in USD and your wallet gets the full original USDT amount.
What is the lifetime warranty?
If the product stops working during the plan you bought, we fix it, replace it or refund the unused value. See Warranty & support.
I already use the Discord shop bot. Can I use the same balance?
Yes. In My account, link your Discord user ID. The bot sends you a code to confirm, then the website uses the same wallet and shows your bot orders.
When can I reach support?

Can I get a refund?
Digital items cannot be returned after delivery, but the warranty covers items that stop working. Unused wallet balance questions: contact support.
