Prices are in USDT. Your wallet balance is held in USDT and can only be spent in LUV Shop. Payments in other currencies are converted at the rate shown when you pay.
PayPal payments include a 1% fee: you pay the USDT amount × 1.01 in USD and receive the original USDT value.
Delivery is digital. Orders are delivered by our team to your order page during working hours. If we cannot deliver an order, we refund it to your wallet.
Every product has a lifetime warranty for the period of the plan bought, as described on the Warranty & support page. Misuse, sharing, or changing account details against the product instructions can void it.
Because goods are digital, orders cannot be cancelled after delivery. If we cannot deliver or repair an item, we refund its value to your wallet.
You are responsible for keeping your login safe. Do not share delivered accounts unless the product allows it.
