♾️ Lifetime warranty
- Every product comes with a lifetime warranty: it covers the full period of the plan you bought.
- If an account or key stops working, we repair it or send a replacement. If neither is possible, we refund the unused value to your wallet.
- Do not change the account details (email, password, 2FA, region) unless the product says you can; that can void the warranty.
- Warranty covers the product, not mistakes such as sharing the account with others or breaking the platform's rules.
🔧 How to make a warranty claim
- Open My orders and choose the order.
- Press “Request warranty” and describe the problem.
- Support contacts you on Discord or by your account email during working hours.
